By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. By initiating any purchase or redeeming a PR Power Credit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. All services will continue under the assumption that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services. 

1. Overview of Services

Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC provides digital PR campaign services through a pre-paid credit system (“PR Power Credits”). These credits are redeemable for the strategy and execution of press release campaigns, including copywriting and distribution preparation.

2. Purchase and Use of PR Credits

• Credits are sold in bundles (1, 3, or 5).

• Each credit is redeemable for one full PR campaign strategy and one press release draft.

• After purchase, you will receive a campaign intake form via email. This form must be submitted once for each credit you wish to use and can be completed as many times as necessary until all purchased credits have been redeemed.

• Credits are not stored or saved. To use multiple credits, you must submit a separate intake form for each credit, sequentially (one after the other), via the email provided. Unsubmitted credits are not retained for future use.

• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for services outside the PR Power Credits scope.
  
  

3. Turnaround Times

• PR Power Credit projects are completed within 10 days from receipt of your completed intake form.

• A draft of your press release will be delivered within 3 days after the intake form submission.

• Clients may request revisions to the draft for 2 days.

• Final publication is expected within 10 days of intake form submission.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information via the intake form.

• Clients must review and respond to drafts in a timely manner.

• Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC is not responsible for delays caused by a lack of response or incomplete input from the client.
  
  

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your brand materials.

• Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC reserves the right to use non-confidential campaign elements as portfolio material unless explicitly instructed otherwise.

• Final press release drafts are yours to use freely upon completion and approval.
  
  

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe at checkout.

• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) may be offered at checkout through Stripe and are subject to both Stripe’s terms and the BNPL provider’s (e.g., Afterpay, Klarna) approval and repayment conditions.

• Payment is due in full at checkout unless an installment provider is selected.
  
  

7. Refund Policy and Delivery Policy

Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC offers full refunds only if a project is not delivered by the agreed deadline and the delay is solely the responsibility of Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances caused in whole or in part by client actions or inactions. Refund eligibility is forfeited under any of the following conditions:

• Unsubscribes: If the client unsubscribes from project communications at any point during the project timeline, Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC will cease sending updates, emails, or access links. Delivery will still be completed by uploading the final project files to the designated client folder within the agreed timeline. At that point, delivery is deemed complete, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Bounced Emails: If the client’s email address bounces, the welcome email (which contains the intake and discovery forms required to begin the project) cannot be delivered. If the client does not follow up with a valid working email address, no work can be completed, delivery cannot occur, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Unopened Emails: If the client does not open the welcome email (and a follow-up email) that contains the intake and discovery forms, the forms cannot be submitted, no work can begin, no delivery can occur, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Failure to Submit Forms: Project work cannot begin until the client submits all required forms, including but not limited to discovery, intake, and concept forms. If such forms are not submitted, no work will be performed, the project will not be delivered, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Purchase Without Forms: A purchase without completed intake, discovery, or concepts forms constitutes only the purchase transaction itself. No project work will be delivered, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

• Project Timelines: The allotted project timeline (10, 15, or 30 days, depending on the service) continues regardless of whether or not the client participates, responds, or submits forms. Once the deadline passes, the project is considered closed, and refunds will not apply.

• Definition of Delivery: Delivery is defined as making the final project files accessible in the client’s designated folder by the agreed deadline, regardless of whether the client views, opens, or acknowledges related communications.

• Proof of Delivery: Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC reserves the right to track and record email delivery, open rates, unsubscribes, bounces, link clicks, and file access logs as proof of delivery. Where such records confirm delivery, the project is deemed completed, and no refund will apply.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 30 calendar days of confirmation. In all other cases, project fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC makes every reasonable effort to fulfill PR Power Credits campaigns as described. However, results depend on third-party editorial decisions and distribution systems, which are outside of our control. Accordingly, Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC is not liable for the following:

• Specific Outlet Placement: While campaigns are planned for publication on major outlets (including ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX) or their affiliates/subsidiaries, final placement is at the discretion of third-party editorial teams. We cannot guarantee publication on any specific outlet or domain.

• Distribution Totals: Campaigns are structured to reach 200+ media outlets; however, the final number of outlets may be higher or lower depending on which outlets accept the submission.

• Media Impressions: Campaign goals may reference 200 million or more media impressions. Impression counts are industry estimates only, and actual results may vary based on measurement tools, platform reporting, and third-party factors.

• Other Limitations: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, and any technical issues or failures on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Stripe, Monday Forms, or Google Drive).

Campaign examples, figures, and targets referenced in sales, marketing, or reporting materials are goals, not guarantees. Aisha Tariqa Digital LLC commits to pursuing the best possible distribution and exposure for every client project, but specific results cannot be promised or assured.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
